An Overview of Roles
At Crowdcast, we reference both channel-level and event-level role assignments.
- A channel-level role assignment applies when you add someone as a teammate to your channel. Adding someone as a teammate allows that person to fully manage your events, including creating, running, and archiving/deleting them.
If you need more teammates added than what’s included in your plan, you can add-on teammates from within your billing settings.
- An event-level role assignment gives someone upgraded permissions within a particular event only.
In order to assign someone an event-level role, they would first need to register for your event as an attendee. Then, someone with channel-level access would need to change their that person’s role from within the people tab.
See below for a breakdown of these roles and what features they allow access to.
